These families will compete against one another to save money and reduce debt over the next year. The winner will receive $5,000!

GenFed Financial Services FCU is offering you the chance to win $250 while you fine tune your financial savings skills.
How do you get your chance to win? Just stop into a GenFed branch and get a Mini Savings Challenge form. The form will include tips and tricks you can use to save money. For each one you do, you get points and once you have 130 points, just drop the form off at a branch and we’ll enter you into a bi-monthly $250 drawing. We’ll be picking winners in August, October, December 2010 and February, April, June 2011.
You don’t even have to be a GenFed member to participate!
What kind of things will you have to do? Nothing you don’t want to. But we give you tips like only buying groceries that are on your list, no impulse buying. Or get books and movies from the library instead of buying from the bookstore or video store. With over 30 tips, you’ll get to 130 points in no time! And if you reach 200 points, we’ll give you 3 entries for the $250 prize.
