GenFed awards two $1,000 scholarships annually. These scholarships were established in 1998 and honor three men who contributed immensely to the foundation and success of GenFed. They will be awarded to GenFed members who exhibit their dedication to service and hard work. The scholarship is for the pursuit of academic achievement.
GenFed awards a $1,000 scholarship to a student from the Wadsworth Community as well as $300 scholarships to one student from each of the High Schools noted below in the northwest Ohio area.
They are presented to qualifying high school seniors who are selected based upon a written response to an essay question that is judged on originality, attention to detail and organization.
