Of course, we always welcome your visit or phone call to your branch. Our Loan Officers will be more than happy to help discuss your loan options and get you pre-qualified before you start shopping.
Simply give us a call or stop in BEFORE you shop so you can take advantage of special car buying benefits that are available to GenFed members only, and so we can pre-approve your next car loan. While offers at the dealership sound great, they can be confusing. The high-pressure atmosphere of a car dealership makes it difficult to tell which is better, a rebate or 0% financing. Currently GenFed loan rates are very competitive. Ask us how we can beat 0% dealer financing!
We're armed and ready to help you. You can ask for the NADA value of your current vehicle as well as the dealer's invoice cost on the vehicle you want to purchase to help you negotiate your very best deal. - If you don't have time to visit or call during branch hours, you can log into your HomeBanking account and apply for a loan online. Just submit your information and one of our Loan Officers will call you to discuss your options.
- If you do not have access to a computer, you can also call GenFed's LoanPhone one to two hours before or after normal office hours. Just call 1-877-GF-LOAN-0 to speak with a GenFed representative.
