NEW DEBIT CARDHOLDERS: Once you receive your card, be sure to activate it as soon as possible. Follow the instructions on your card to activate it at the nearest GenFed Financial location or ATM location. If you need to set or reset your PIN, please call 866.985.2273.

Going on a trip? Register your trip to avoid potential disruption in service for your debit card in the GenFed Cards mobile app. Or, contact your branch or the number on the back of your card (888-918-7853) to relay your trip information.

Plus, add your GenFed debit card to your phone’s Mobile Wallet for ease in paying.
